By using Haveli eSports, you agree to follow our platform rules, tournament rules, payment rules, eligibility rules, and fair play standards.

Users are responsible for providing correct account details, team details, in-game names, payment information, and payout information.

We may remove, block, or disqualify users who submit fake details, use cheats, abuse other users, attempt payment fraud, violate tournament rules, or violate applicable law.

Tournament hosting is restricted to users who have submitted a host application and received active approval from Haveli eSports. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or continued host access.

Host approval may be restricted, suspended, or revoked where reasonably necessary for user safety, tournament integrity, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment compliance, or enforcement of platform rules.

Tournament schedules, prize pools, entry fees, slots, and room details may change if required for operational, technical, legal, payment, or compliance reasons.

We may cancel, postpone, or modify a tournament if there are technical issues, host issues, payment issues, cheating reports, insufficient participants, compliance concerns, or legal restrictions.

Haveli eSports is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, joining a tournament, hosting a tournament, making a payment, submitting winner details, adding payout details, or receiving prize money, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these terms.

Users below 18 years of age are not allowed to join paid tournaments, host tournaments, submit payout details, or receive prize payouts through this platform.

Users are responsible for following the age rating, account rules, and terms of the relevant game publisher, app store, and platform provider.

If we believe that a user does not meet the age or eligibility requirements, we may restrict access, cancel entries, withhold payouts, or request verification.

Haveli eSports is intended to operate only where online tournaments, entry fees, prize pools, and payout-related activities are legally permitted.

Gaming, esports, tournament, prize, betting, wagering, and online money game laws may differ between Indian states and union territories. Some states may restrict, regulate, or prohibit certain online games, paid competitions, prize-based activities, or similar services.

By using this platform, creating an account, joining a tournament, hosting a tournament, making a payment, submitting payout details, or receiving prize money, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate from your state, union territory, country, or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws applicable to you. Do not use this platform if online tournaments with entry fees, prize pools, or payouts are restricted or prohibited in your location.

Haveli eSports may cancel participation, reject entries, restrict access, withhold payouts, issue refunds, or suspend services if required by law, platform rules, payment provider rules, compliance checks, or eligibility concerns.

Haveli eSports collects account and tournament information needed to run the platform. This may include email address, user ID, team name, player in-game names, tournament entries, payment status, payout details, UPI ID, UPI name, phone number, and support messages.

For host applicants, we may also collect full name, contact details, city, state, game UID, social or community links, previous hosting experience, expected tournament frequency, application statements, consent records, application status, and moderation records.

We use this information to manage login, tournament registration, payments, room access, winner verification, prize payout, refunds, support, security, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

Host application information may be used to review suitability, contact applicants, verify information, prevent fraud, investigate complaints, administer host access, and enforce platform rules.

Payment processing may be handled through payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not store card passwords, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.

Your payout details are used only for prize payout and related support. Keep your UPI details accurate. Wrong payout details may delay payment.

Personal information may be retained while an application is pending, while host access remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward where required for security, complaint handling, fraud prevention, dispute records, payment records, or legal compliance.

You may contact us to request correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, and dispute-record requirements.

Tournament hosting on Haveli eSports is available only to users who have submitted a host application and received active approval.

Submitting an application does not create a right to approval and does not guarantee permanent host access. Applications may be reviewed manually, and additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary.

Applicants must provide accurate, current, and complete information. False, misleading, impersonated, or materially incomplete information may result in rejection, suspension, or permanent removal from the Host Programme.

Host access may be approved, limited, suspended, or revoked for reasons including serious or repeated participant complaints, fake results, unfair winner selection, payment manipulation, failure to provide room details, repeated cancellations, failure to cooperate with refunds or investigations, abusive conduct, misuse of participant information, or violation of applicable law or platform policies.

An approved host must not sell, share, lend, or transfer their account or host access to another person. Actions performed through a host account may be treated as actions of the account holder.

If host access is suspended while a tournament is active, Haveli eSports may pause, cancel, review, or take over administration of the affected tournament where reasonably necessary. Participants may be notified and eligible refunds or corrective action may be processed under the Refund Policy.

Approval confirms only that the account has received platform permission to use host features. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or warranty of every statement, event, decision, or action of the host.

Host application data is collected for application review, communication, verification, moderation, tournament administration, fraud prevention, complaint investigation, platform security, and legal compliance.

Applicants consent to the processing of the information they submit for these purposes when they accept the Host Programme Rules and submit the application form.

Application status and relevant moderation history may be retained to prevent repeated abuse, investigate disputes, document approval decisions, and protect players and the platform.

Applicants may request correction of inaccurate application information or raise a privacy concern by contacting haweliesports1@gmail.com from their registered email address.

Where deletion cannot be completed immediately because information is required for an active tournament, payment record, complaint, investigation, fraud-prevention record, legal claim, or statutory obligation, the request may be delayed or limited as permitted by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered if payment was deducted but tournament registration failed, a tournament is cancelled by us, or the user was charged incorrectly.

Refunds may not be provided if a player joins successfully but does not attend, shares incorrect game details, misses the match, is disqualified, violates rules, or leaves after registration.

If a tournament is cancelled, eligible users may receive a refund or tournament credit depending on the situation.

Approved hosts must cooperate with cancellation reviews, participant communication, payment verification, and refund processing. A host cannot prevent an otherwise eligible refund by refusing to respond or by losing host access.

If an entry is cancelled due to legal, state-law, payment provider, compliance, fraud-prevention, or eligibility concerns, we may issue a refund after verification, subject to payment gateway deductions and platform rules.

Refund requests must include registered email ID, tournament name, team name, payment ID, and issue details.

Approved refunds may take time depending on payment provider and banking timelines.

Prize winners are submitted by the tournament host after the match ends. Admin review may be required before payout.

Players must add correct payout details before prize payment. Missing or incorrect UPI details may delay or prevent payout.

Prize payouts are made manually after winner verification. Payout status may show pending until payment is completed.

We may hold payout if there is a cheating report, duplicate claim, incorrect winner submission, payment dispute, suspicious activity, legal restriction, or eligibility concern.

Once payment is sent to the UPI ID provided by the user, the user is responsible for incorrect payout details submitted by them.

Players must join with the correct team name and in-game names submitted during registration.

Cheating, hacking, teaming, fake accounts, abusive behavior, exploiting bugs, or manipulating results may lead to disqualification.

Approved hosts are responsible for publishing accurate tournament information, following the announced rules, providing room and contact details on time, submitting accurate points tables and winner details, and cooperating with complaints, refunds, and investigations.

Hosts must protect participant information and must not use contact, team, payment, room, or payout information for unauthorised purposes.

Room ID and password must not be misused or shared outside the registered team unless allowed by the tournament host.

Admin decisions may be final in disputes related to cheating, payout, room access, fake entries, legal eligibility, and tournament abuse.

Tournament entry is a digital service. No physical product is shipped.

After successful registration, users can view joined tournaments in their dashboard.

Room ID and password are shown on the user dashboard after the host publishes room details.

If room details are delayed, users should check their dashboard and contact support if needed.

Haveli eSports is an independent esports tournament platform.

Tournament host approval is a platform access decision and does not represent a guarantee, endorsement, partnership, employment relationship, or certification of every host or tournament.

Approved hosts remain responsible for their tournament-related statements, conduct, submissions, communications, and compliance with applicable rules. Haveli eSports may review or intervene where required for safety, fairness, refunds, disputes, or compliance.

Unless clearly stated, we are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with Garena, Free Fire, Free Fire MAX, or any game publisher. Game names, marks, and assets belong to their respective owners.

Tournaments are intended to be skill-based esports competitions and not gambling, betting, wagering, or games of chance.

Entry fees, if any, are intended as tournament participation or registration fees and not as bets or wagers.

Users are responsible for following the game's official rules, local laws, age requirements, payment rules, and tax obligations.

Users should participate only if online tournaments with entry fees, prize pools, and payouts are allowed in their location.

If any tournament, payment, prize, payout, or user activity is considered restricted or prohibited under applicable law, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse, restrict, refund, or suspend that activity.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, refund issue, payout issue, tournament result issue, account issue, cancellation issue, or platform-related issue shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, statutory remedies, and any rights that cannot legally be excluded, all civil disputes arising out of or relating to Haveli eSports shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mau, UP , India.

Before starting legal action, users should first contact Haveli eSports through the official support or grievance contact provided on the website, so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved internally where possible.

Nothing in this clause limits the powers of government authorities, regulators, payment providers, law enforcement, consumer forums, or courts having mandatory jurisdiction under applicable law.
